Since 1981, I’ve been involved in designing, developing, and helping grow businesses across the shooting sports industry and beyond. My wife Jayne and I founded H&H Shooting Sports, helping pioneer what became known as Shooting Sports Complexes, and had the honor of leading it until its sale in 2016. Along the way, we’ve been fortunate to be recognized by industry leaders, publications, and even the President of the United States. Today, I work alongside a great team advising, investing in, and supporting businesses across multiple industries. Through “The Simple Truth” and what we call Miles Times, I continue sharing lessons from those experiences—simple insights meant to help others grow, lead, and think differently.
